DRAGON is a very powerful piston pump with Yamaha gasoline engine, suitable for very thick materials such as polyurethane base insulators,stucco, epoxy, etc.


It has a digital control dial for the pump and a large suction piston.

Larius's most powerful model for all materials with low to very high viscosity.

Suitable for outboard or ready-made stucco, polyurethane based insulating materials, coatings, fireproof, thixotropic, viscous materials with high viscosity, water, solvent, nitro, xylene, gasoline with minimal or no dilution etc

DRAGON can take up to 80m of rubber, spraying with .033 '' bulk viscous materials with a constant pressure of up to 230 bar. It can also be sprayed with two spray guns in parallel with a 019 '' bladder. It is designed to be easy to clean and maintain.

Airless piston pump operation:

An electric piston pump is used for high-pressure non-air dyeing (the term "airless" is derived from this process). The pump is controlled by an electric motor in conjunction with a gear unit. An eccentric shaft and a piston allow the reciprocating motion necessary for the operation of the "pumping group" with a piston to be received. Piston movement produces a "vacuum".

The material is pushed to the pump outlet and then sent to the pistol via the flexible tube.An electronic device next to the reduction frame is used to adjust and control the pressure of the material leaving the pump.When the pump reaches the set value, the engine stops and starts again when the value drops.An overpressure safety valve guarantees the absolute reliability of the equipment.
