Spray printing equipment that can supply a high air volume at low pressure (HVLP) by means of a 2-stage tangential motor 800 wattt. It is characterised by excellent practicality, versatility and user-friendliness.
The air flow rate is adjustable by means of a built-in electronic system – only for TMR80 and TMR140 models – in order to optimise the quantity and finishing degree of the covering product also on the basis of its density/viscosity.
In combination with specific spray guns, it enables the user to paint at a high speed rate, with great accuracy and safety, to lower the costs and protect the environment with limited overspray effect.
Moreover, the equipment can produce hot and dry air (by decreasing relative humidity by 40% on the average), all this to the advantage of a better and quicker material drying process.
It can be used with all types of water or solvent based varnish/paint.
The equipment can be combined with a considerable quantity of accessories and therefore customised for one’s own use.

The anatomical support for the shoulder transportation of TMR Turbines is a frame including a special spray gun called MAF1, directly connected to a 6lt-tank to increase endurance. The system is conceived to let the user’s hands free and to enable him to easily move.
The spray gun MAF1, supplied with TPC01N, enables the user to apply several coverings, such as water or solvent* based varnishes and wall paints, on different media (metal, wood, masonry…). Thanks to its characteristics it ensures the atomisation of the covering product, wrapping it up in an air jet and gently and accurately settling it on the surface to be painted. It is possible to spray in different shapes by turning the air cap (vertical oval, horizontal oval or round) with a very limited overspray effect.The quantity of covering product can be adjusted according to its density/viscosity by means of an adjusting screw.
