Jolly top finish is a small, very powerful and practical airless electric piston pump suitable for spraying products used in buildings, metal constructions, carpentry etc with adjustable pressure from 60 bar up to 220 bar in combination with air compressor for the perfect finish (1-7bar).Suitable for primers, water colours, solvent, nitro, xylene etc. with low to high viscosity.
Ideal for finishing on wooden and metal surfaces. The combination of the Jolly top finish with built-in 1.2-pound air compressors provides air to the L 400 air gun to achieve greater atomic breakdown for a perfect finish !! Practical because we do not need to have extra air compressor.

Operation of the airless membrane pump:
An electric piston pump is used for non-air high-pressure dying (the term "airless" is derived from this process- airless=without air). The pump is controlled by an electric motor in conjunction with a gear unit.An eccentric shaft and a piston allow the reciprocating motion which is necessary for the operation of the "pumping group" with a piston to be obtained. Piston movement produces a "vacuum".
The material is pushed to the pump outlet and then it sent to the gun via the flexible tube.An electronic device located next to the reduction frame is used to adjust and control the pressure of the material which is leaving the pump. When the pump reaches the set value, the engine stops and starts again when the value drops.An overpressure safety valve guarantees the absolute reliability of the equipment.
